We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 5 years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, preferably within a GCC (AWS) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GCC SHIP2.0, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Design & Optimization: Build and optimize pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Infrastructure Automation: Develop and manage IaC scripts with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Release Management: Design and manage multi-release deployments, environment configurations, and versioning.
- AWS Infrastructure Management: Utilize AWS services for networking, compute, storage, security, scalability, monitoring, and alerts.
- Scripting and Automation: Write scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
- Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain technical documentation using Jira, Confluence, or GitLab Wiki.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with GCC SHIP2.0 and AWS services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and configuration management tools.
This is an initial 12-months contract role.
