As a DevOps Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain experience in DevOps practices, software development, and/or Java programming. You will collaborate with our DevOps and Software Development teams to streamline our development processes, enhance deployment pipelines, and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge solutions.
Make an Impact by:
Assist in the automation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes.
Collaborate with software developers to integrate DevOps practices into the Software development lifecycle.
Participate in the design and implementation of scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
Contribute to the development of Java applications, tools, and scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Support the monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of production systems to ensure reliability and performance.
Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance our DevOps and software development practices.
Document processes, procedures, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Engage in team meetings, code reviews, and collaborative discussions to drive continuous improvement.
Skills for Success:
Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Able to commit to a 6-months internship (state internship availability in CV)
Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and best practices, with a focus on Java programming.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative Software development workflows.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
Basic understanding of Linux/Unix environments and command-line tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
