- Bachelor's degree preferred or with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing and supporting critical services across Linux, Windows, and middleware platforms.
- Hands-on experience in Software-defined Storage technologies (Ceph, NAS, NFS).
- Proficient in CICD process, automation tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and IaC tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Extensive experience in ESXI and Docker.
