Perform vehicle repairs (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, etc.) including:
- Conduct daily service maintenance on vehicles (Diesel Engine and Electric Vehicle);
- Troubleshoot issues highlighted by vehicle drivers and provide recommendations;
- Perform maintenance and checks in adherence with parts/vehicles Warranty Process and Procedures;
- Conduct visual checks on the cleanliness of the vehicle, including the state of fixtures such as glass panels/windows/windscreen, seats, seatbelts, etc.
- Conduct welding, fabrication, and metalwork as needed.
- Identifying of recommended spare parts for vehicle fleet
- Ensure genuine parts replacement and service according to checklists and scope of work
- Including putting up purchase orders for required spare parts
- Able to log and record all work / maintenance performed on vehicles via companys fleet maintenance system
Report all work-related status to Senior Mechanic, including
- All repair progress and requirements;
- Complete in a timely manner all duties assigned;
- Candidate must have the following qualities:
- Maintain a clean and organized work bay;
- Be responsible for safe handling and using tools and equipment
Do note that the scope of work will be reviewed and adjusted in accordance with competency and companys requirement every 6 months. Employees will be informed of the changes ahead of implementation.
