Jobscope:

• Objective To be based at bank branch and encourage/guide customers to use online banking
• Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions
• SMM functions (including but not limited to crowd control, ensure safe-entry and any other SMM that may be required from time to time)
• Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
• Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.
