Location: Tampines

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 9.15 am to 4.45 pm Every Saturday: 9.15 am to 12.15 pm

Duration: Asap till end Mar 2025

• To be based at bank branch and encourage/guide customers to use online banking
• Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions
• Crowd control, ensure safe-entry and any other duties that may be required from time to time
• Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling.
• Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N level
• Requires to stand throughout the working hours
