Job Description

The Digital HR and Admin Operations role combines the responsibilities of HR and administrative operations with a focus on leveraging digital tools, technologies, and strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experiences. Here is an overview of the key responsibilities associated with this role.

  • Digital Tools and Systems Management: Oversee and manage digital HR tools and systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), applicant tracking systems, performance management platforms, employee self-service portals, and other digital platforms. Ensure smooth operation, data accuracy, and integration between different systems.

  • Data Management and Analytics: Manage employee data in digital systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with data protection regulations. Utilize data analytics to derive insights and identify trends related to HR metrics, employee engagement, performance, and other key areas.

  • Digital Recruitment and Onboarding: Implement and manage digital recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling. Facilitate digital onboarding processes for new hires, such as electronic documentation, virtual orientations, and online training.

  • Employee Self-Service Support: Promote and support employee self-service options through digital portals or mobile applications. Enable employees to access and update personal information, view pay stubs, submit time-off requests, access company policies, and communicate with HR digitally.

  • Digital HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and communicate digital HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with applicable labor laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA, when managing employee data in digital systems.

  • Employee Engagement and Communication: Utilize digital platforms, such as intranets, collaboration tools, and social media, to facilitate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and employee recognition programs. Foster a digital culture that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.

  • Digital Training and Development: Implement digital learning and development programs, such as e-learning platforms, webinars, and virtual training sessions. Coordinate digital training initiatives, track employee progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of digital training methods.

  • Performance Management and Feedback: Implement digital performance management processes, including goal-setting, continuous feedback, and performance reviews. Leverage digital tools to streamline performance evaluation, tracking, and reporting, ensuring a transparent and efficient process.

  • Digital Document Management: Manage digital documentation and records, including employment contracts, policies, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Ensure proper organization, version control, and accessibility of digital documents, while maintaining data security and confidentiality.

  • Digital Reporting and Analytics: Generate digital HR reports and analytics to provide insights on HR metrics, workforce planning, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators. Utilize data visualization tools to present data in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging digital HR trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process automation, digital transformation, and innovation in HR and administrative operations. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement digital solutions and enhance overall efficiency.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
