- Create graphics, videos, animations, and infographics for digital channels (social media, website, email).
- Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS. Stay updated on trends and post on time.
- Work with marketing on visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and influencer events (500 influencers annually).
- Analyze content performance and improve based on data. Stay current with design trends and tools.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, product teams, and external agencies/photographers.
- Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in graphic design, videography, and content creation.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media content needs.
- Creative with good storytelling and visual skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio preferred.
