Responsibilities:
- Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create brand awareness and enhance social media presence for the group brands
- Create and manage all Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
- Manage and update company websites and website enquiries
- Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors information to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Endorsement with Media to enhance brand image
- Provide monthly reports to Management on progress of current campaigns
- Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the lawyers in the practice.
- You will be required to support the maintenance of accounting ledger functions of the company through accurate posting of details in the ledger.
- You will be required to handle daily operations for incomings funds, generate payments for operating expenses and updating entries into the back-office system.
- Your responsibilities also include daily reconciliation balances and collate information for reporting to management. You will also be following up on collections ensuring adherence to the company's credit control polices.
