As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving lead generation online with a growth mindset. You'll build effective content distribution and user acquisition engines via SEM, email marketing, webinars, social media, thought leadership and partnerships to acquire quality leads at scale. Responsibilities
Our Digital Marketing role would help to drive key digital marketing initiatives in the B2B SaaS space:
- Own performance marketing end-to-end from ideation to execution with a particular focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads with the goal of quality lead generation.
- Work closely with BDR and AE teams to translate regional sales insights into localized growth marketing tactics with differentiated messaging for Southeast Asia prospects.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to target mid-market and enterprise key accounts.
- Gain insights from paid channels/strategies to inform website/organic, product marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (growth product, design, data, field, product marketing and sales) to develop growth hypotheses, implement experiments, drive conversion rate optimization.
- Analyze and report on channel performance and ROI metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve growth tactics.

Minimum Qualifications:

- A proven track record scaling paid campaigns from ideation to execution and data attribution across the marketing mix.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to extract insights and interpret data to drive decisions.
- Min 3 years of B2B marketing experience with an enterprise focus.
- Strong familiarity with marketing tools, including but not limited to Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong communicator and self-starter with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- A creative, hands-on, results-driven problem-solver, looking to roll up your sleeves and tackle tasks, no matter how big or small.
- University degree (previous startup or agency experience would be an asset).

Preferred Qualifications:

- You are familiar with the SaaS industry and competitor trends, modern product-led growth tactics, and emerging AI martech tools.
- You have strong followership on social media and/or you have a strong understanding of driving virality.
- You have prior experience with large-scale email marketing and influencer marketing.
- You're adaptable and thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet. You are comfortable multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Previous startup or agency experience would be an asset
- Experience in working in diverse and large teams and managing complex projects.
