We are looking for a smart, driven, and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team to help grow our acquisitions and revenue! You will be working in an agile and fast-paced environment with experienced digital marketers, taking ownership and leading initiatives to ensure growth and marketing efficiencies within your scope.

- Drive user acquisition through performance marketing channels such as search, display, the website, app and other innovative channels.
Manage channel activities to meet business objectives such as ROI and user growth targets.- Design, plan and execute tests on optimization levers such as targeting, creatives, campaign structures, landing pages.
Manage and optimize Syfes website for better conversion.
- Collaborate with a wider marketing team on integrated marketing campaigns.
Support team with insights from conducting market and user analysis.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least two years of direct experience working with online marketing platforms preferred ANDfresh graduates with strong academic credentials and relevant internships/project experiences in marketing will be considered.
Highly analytical with strong numerical reasoning skills.- Excellent communicator who can formulate ideas and structure findings.
A self-starter, fast learner with a can-do attitude.
- Experience with WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
