Your new company
You will be working with one of the major logistic operators in Singapore to define the product strategy and optimization of the digital product within their operation. This role involves managing the lifecycle of a product, defining product strategy, managing a portfolio of projects, and driving product development and innovation.
Your new role
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- You will be the key person to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, by develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Lead and run Design sessions i.e., Document user journeys with SME leads and end users, Prototype reviews, UI/UX review, effectively design user requirements into functional design documents.
- Conduct audience and process research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for product growth.
- Lead and manage product and project teams to ensure that delivery is up to impact outcomes, time, cost, quality, governance, and satisfaction, as per agreed product roadmaps.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements, working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on software application projects.
- Candidate with small to medium sized application software implementation projects who would like to pivot their career to product management is encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of agile product management and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE-2 or LEAN Six Sigma or CBAP or Scrum will be an advantage.
- Cross-disciplinary understanding at least one of the business functions such as logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, customer relationships, e-commerce
- Familiar with emerging technologies and digital solutions in the market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
