Develop the product roadmaps for all digital products (inclusive AI/ML) and IT projects/products based on company's vision, mission, and core values.
Develop business case and perform market segmentation
Plan and drive productization of digital products from pilot, develop go-to-market strategy and pricing plans, product launch, marketing, and scale up
Perform market and user research to support design of digital products.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Lead overall design, solutioning, and delivery of the digital products.
Develop and monitor product KPIs (e.g maximise revenues, increase user traction, drive adoption and usage)
Perform data mining, analytics and visualizations to gain insights on the performance of AI/ML products and make management recommendations.
Drive all project management activities and oversee entire lifecycle of digital products from conceptualization to deployment and continuous improvement.
Plan and drive all UAT activities of the digital products.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
4-5 years experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital products, AI/ML, and IT projects/products.
Strong understanding of AI/ML product development, data analytics, and performance tracking.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
