. Define and execute the roadmap with clearly articulated and well measured goals

. Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and other partner teams to create discovery experiences that are meaningful and delightful to consumers . Collaborate across teams to optimize content classification, browsing, and conversion experiments and measure firmly understood hypotheses and business objectives
. Plan and prioritize the backlog for development teams to ensure maximum value in deliverables
. Interpret insights and business needs and transform into detailed product requirements documents and user stories for engineering teams to execute
Focuses on Product Execution and Customer Insights i.e. product specifications, execution & delivery and able to work closely with Technical Engineers and Designers.
Currently each has a dedicated agile team to look after/support them, and how to grow/enhance them. The Product Manager is a part of this team.
