Job Description
You will be responsible for the growth of digital share of sales for our Consumer business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and plans and will translate them on our Digital Sales platforms (both Web and App) to drive customer acquisition and cross-/up-sell.
As a junior digital product owner, you will be supporting the onboarding of new purchase journeys, campaigns and offers, defining and managing the agile product backlog to increase conversions, and undertaking testing and development efforts to enhance capabilities and improve platform reliability and performance. You will also be responsible for reporting and analysis of digital sales performance.
Gather detailed requirements by engaging with UX-UI, data analytics and various business line stakeholders & write user stories accordingly
Support upcoming digital transformation projects in user acceptance testing (UAT), in documenting test results and in communicating the results and implications to development & business teams for timely & effective resolution
Influence offers and campaign strategy to maximize quality traffic and online conversion rate
Cross functionally define requirements of new features and improvements to current digital purchase journeys
Define and manage agile product backlogs as product owner of purchase journeys
Partner with internal IS (information systems) and vendors (on scope/timeline/quality) and communicate requirements to ensure development, testing and release activities meet delivery timelines
Work closely with IS and vendors to ensure optimal platform accessibility and quality; with timely resolution of production issues; be hands-on and proactive in finding solutions or patterns
Monitor, report and analyze sales performance, on-site conversion rate; identify issues pertaining to drop-off and define optimization and improvement plans of purchase journeys
Raise Incidents if happening in production and follow up on resolution with IT teams
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
1-2 years of experience with web/app development, user experience best practices working with UX-UI teams; system integration working with IS teams and digital project management
Proven experience with sales analysis and reporting, comfortable with numbers and deriving action plans from data
Technology related:
Familiarity with project management systems like JIRA/Asana/etc
Familiarity with design tools like Figma/Figjam/etc
Familiarity with WEB/App environments like OutSystems/ AEM/ CMS (good to have)
