Description of the mission
Naval Group is recruiting, for its Singapore site, within the Digital Transformation and Information Systems department (DTSI).
What are the missions of the DTSI It ensures the operation of the group's information systems, guarantees control of the management of IS projects and the operation of applications, while committing to an ambitious digital transformation approach!
In this context, we are looking for a Regional IT Hub Manager for Subsidiaries and Offices F/M.
Primary missions:
Management/Governance/Customer Relations:
. Functionally manage all IT Managers in the regional proximity of the Hub and lead the community.
. Ensure customer relations and be the DTSI representative, with all of the group's legal entities (Subsidiaries/JVs/Representative Offices) present in the region, and support the DTSI strategy with the latter.
. In close collaboration with regional IT Managers, ensure and maintain the IT mapping of the Hub as well as satellite sites
. Integrate into the DTSI Governance in force by participating in the various reviews with the central DTSI entities (SSI, DIS, OIES, Outsourcing) and in the various DTSI events (Convention, Seminars, etc.).
. Participate and contribute to new IT deployment projects in the region (On the Hub or elsewhere in the geographical area under responsibility).
. Contributes to maintaining an efficient re-invoicing model between DTSI and the region's subsidiaries (Reinvoicing and Services Agreement).
Secondary missions:
Multi-Subsidiary Hub Infrastructure:
. Ensure the MCO/MCS of the Infrastructure according to predefined RACI.
. Provide L2 support and OSS (On-site Support).
. Maintain the Infrastructure CMDB.
. Maintain the IT Infrastructure Continuity Plan.
. Ensure management of the Hub's MPLS or internet line.
. Contribute to the treatment of security incidents managed centrally.
. Nomeris Regional SIP:
o Manage the Nomeris Regional SIP services hosted in the Hub, in particular the mastering of Nomeris stations and secure telephones.
. Ensure the MCO/MCS of the External Site Infrastructure providing Nomeris services.
. Ensure support for all Nomeris users in geographic proximity to the Hub (Expatriates, Missionaries, Small Nomeris Subsidiaries without IT Manager).
Requirements:
Your training:
Masters in Information Technology or its equivalent
Your skills:
. Ability to converse in both English and French to communicate and work with various entities internal stakeholders in a non-English speaking environment.
. Open-mindedness and easy adaptation in multicultural environments.
. Managerial skills.
. Cross-functional team management on remote sites.
. Skill in IT asset management.
. Spirit and sense of user service/support.
. Rigor, sense of organization and anticipation.
. Strength of proposal / Availability.
Technical knowledge:
. ITIL and good knowledge of GLPI and Service NOW.
. Network knowledge (LAN, WAN) particularly on CISCO and Stormshields (FW) equipment.
. Microsoft Windows Active Directory - WSUS/SCCM.
. VPN (Cisco Any Connect, FortiClient) - JIRA.
. Basic knowledge of SAP B1 support.
. Microsoft Windows 10 Master Naval Group environment (Mastering of stations).
. ERCOM smartphones (SAMSUNG smartphone mastering).
. Veam backup management.
. Virtualization (ESXi VMware).
