Responsibilities
To participate in the digital activation initiative by supporting Client Advisors to assist their clients on the digital banking activation and platform usage
Handle client and staff enquiries relating to digital offerings
Handle enquiries over phone or face-to-face meeting
Support troubleshooting on client issues relating to digital services
Requirements and skills
University banking graduates
1 years of experience in banking/ finance or internship experience
Client focused and attention to detail
Good communicator and problem solver
