Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage the implementation process, ensuring adherence to established timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to develop effective communication plans. The role also requires expertise in Generative AI to drive innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation process, ensuring that all activities adhere to the project plan and timelines. Address any issues that arise promptly to keep the project on track.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to keep all parties informed and engaged.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive experience in digital transformation, procurement, and supply chain management to drive successful project outcomes. With extensive knowledge on Procurement platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa, and SAP for Procurement AI.
- Generative AI Expertise: Experienced in Generative AI solutions to enhance digital transformation initiatives. Utilize platforms and tools to create innovative AI-driven solutions that meet business needs.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on digital and AI solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective project delivery and support.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 15 years of global experience in consulting, solutioning, and implementing digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record in managing transformation projects and implementing platforms
- Strong project management and program management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
- Experience in developing and executing communication plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in Generative AI solutions.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Experienced in Software as a Service product lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of vendor development, purchasing, subcontracting, and inventory management.
- Expertise in pre-sales, quality management systems, and e-procurement.
- Proficient in Generative AI technologies and tools.
Domain Expertise:
- Experience working with clients in specialty chemicals, pharma, wholesale distribution, consumer packaged goods, telecom, automotive, aviation, manufacturing, oil & gas, banking, and public sector.
- Extensive experience in project management and digital transformation at major consulting and technology firms.
