Requirements:
- Education: Degree in IT or equivalent
- Experience: 2-5 years in digital transformation and team management preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead transformation initiatives to drive change and improve performance
- Partner with senior management to implement effective tech-driven strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and oversee change initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend solutions with internal stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team to conceptualize and implement transformation strategies
- Manage both technical and human aspects of change, addressing resistance
- Innovate and implement ideas for continuous improvement
- Develop end-user documentation and training materials
- Provide training for staff supporting departmental transformation
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
