Digital Transformation (Project Manager)

• Develop detailed design proposals and system plans tailored to the unique needs of each operational unit. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and create solutions that align with the organization's objectives.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of digitalization projects to analyze and define user requirements. Collaborate with users and IT project teams to ensure the solutions meet their needs and improve operational efficiency.

• Oversee project progress at various stages, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of key milestones. Monitor team performance and streamline processes to drive successful project outcomes.

• Facilitate project operations across multiple departments, promoting collaboration and synergy among teams. Evaluate actual resource usage and optimize allocation to ensure efficient project execution.

• Identify potential risks and obstacles that could impact project delivery. Implement quality control measures and develop proactive mitigation plans to address challenges and ensure smooth project execution.

• Create presentations and reports to document project progress and prepare for relevant meetings. Effectively communicate updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders, promoting transparency and alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally with a focus on digitalization or system implementation initiatives.

• Proficient in analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating business needs into practical technical solutions.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
