Responsibilities:

• Manage staff facilities like the Staff Lounge, Gym, and recreational areas.
• Support Employee Engagement programs including surveys, action plans, and improvement initiatives.
• Assist with organizing Employee Engagement Events.
• Coordinate events from planning (liaising with staff and vendors, creating EDM/social media) to event day activities.
• Collaborate closely with management and line teams.

Requirements:

• GCE A level, Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
• Diploma in Business Management / Human Resource
