What You'll Be Doing
Spearhead Fairmart's sales and partner development program to unlock digital commerce for physical stores
Develop and execute sales and partner acquisition strategies in response to company objectives
Passionately represent Fairmart to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
Lead a team of 2-3 BDAs, including their training and career development
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure our users realize the full potential of Fairmart's technology

Qualifications
Diploma in Business, communication, or related field.
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
