About the role
Spearheading strategy development, new business development for the financial instruments valuation segment
Collaborate closely with Director focusing on business development to pursue and secure new business opportunities with new and existing key clients
Execute derivative valuation and business valuation for transactions and financial reporting purposes
Able to create financial models for derivative valuation is essential
Able to understand and articulate the requirement of accounting standards and international valuation standards
Coordinate with client, auditor, authorities, professionals and provide the support in relation to the valuation
Take responsibility for and coordinate junior team members in their task distribution
Take responsibility for financial and operating modeling and valuation performed by junior team members
About you
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications such as CA, CVA and/or CFA
Good understanding of and the ability to articulate the requirements of accounting standards and international valuation standards
Exceptional analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
Strong grasp of business and intangible assets valuation concepts
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
A highly self-motivated individual with strong leadership experience
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments
