Key Responsibilities:

• Product Innovation & Market Strategy: Develop and execute an advanced product strategy aligned with emerging technology and market needs. Oversee the full product lifecycle, from market evaluation and technical assessments to go-to-market strategy.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Drive quarterly senior leadership sessions, incorporating external insights and industry best practices. Establish partnerships with tech leaders, venture firms, and startups to enhance competitive positioning and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) with 15+ years in strategy, consulting, or product leadership roles.
• Expertise in the energy sector, especially renewables, e-mobility, energy efficiency, or smart grids.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
