Responsibilities:


Customer Service Delivery
Execute UTAC Customer Support Strategy within site and Corporate driven initiatives
Develop strategic customer service solutions to foster customer loyalty and drive revenue growth from existing clients
Build and maintain strong business relationships with key strategic customers
Manage resources include inter-department resources to execute business plans and achieve revenue targets
Manages alignment of customer and factory expectations to achieve optimal customer satisfaction with effective factory support
Implement and comply to Corporate Customer Service-related policies and procedures
Drives Revenue Attainment and Customer Satisfaction KPI within the Factory

Team Operations and Performance
Lead the Customer Service team to meet customer needs while continuously improving the teams efficiency and effectiveness, fostering a positive team culture with high engagement
Manage team resources to ensure appropriate staffing and skill levels, ensuring that recruitment aligns with company policies and procedures
Lead, motivate, and manage staff performance, setting individual objectives and evaluating performance through the UTAC Performance Management (UPM) tool
Ensure continuous development in customer service skills by assessing, training, and developing staff. Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to enhance team capabilities
Provide regular mentoring, coaching, and feedback to team members to help them reach their full potential and build a strong team
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals

Cross Functional Team and Corporate initiatives
Lead or participate in key corporate initiatives that directly involved USG or Customer Service
Drive initiatives with cross-functional team leaders to enhance automation, productivity, and value-added contributions
Streamline processes to improve business operations and enhance customer experience
Stay informed of industry benchmarks to position the company for growth

Requirements:


Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including 5 years in a managerial role, OR
Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including 5 years in a managerial role.
