This position is based in our Singapore office, located at Capital Tower (Tanjong Pagar mrt).
You will be involved with

- Enhancing Customer Experience: Investigate customer satisfaction levels, proactively addressing concerns and implementing improvements to elevate the customer experience.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years experience in directorial capacity in the fintech industry
- Experience with international financial trading markets ie. Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong will be a plus
- Knowledge of the Chinese language to communicate with our headquarters in Shanghai, China
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Able to work as a team member as well as independently
- Skilled with financial statements and strong financial modelling skills
- High commitment and ability to work under a fast-paced environment
