Job Description

Our company provides award winning trading systems to majority of the financial brokerages in Singapore & Malaysia. Our clients also include major international banks in Asia.

We are also currently on a hybrid work arrangement where eligible colleages can work from home on selected days of the week.

Candidates will need to have stable internet connection while working from home.

This position is based in our Singapore office, located at Capital Tower (Tanjong Pagar mrt).

You will be involved with

  • Driving Strategic Financial Performance: Lead and oversee departmental targets, ensuring financial goals and key performance metrics align with organizational objectives.
  • Optimizing Operational Practices: Continuously evaluate and enhance operational practices, implementing innovative strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Upholding Safety Standards: Champion adherence to regulatory and safety protocols, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
  • Building a High-Performance Team: Cultivate a motivated, high-performing workforce through targeted training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Aligning Business Operations with Core Values: Ensure all business activities are in harmony with the company's mission and values, reinforcing our commitment to integrity and excellence.
  • Enhancing Customer Experience: Investigate customer satisfaction levels, proactively addressing concerns and implementing improvements to elevate the customer experience.
  • Collaborating with Leadership: Partner with department heads and senior management to drive team performance, maximizing productivity and innovation.
  • Fueling Revenue Growth: Strategize and lead initiatives to expand profitability, identifying and seizing new business opportunities.
  • Overseeing Asset Management: Review and approve equipment investments, ensuring resources align with operational needs and budgetary constraints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years experience in directorial capacity in the fintech industry
  • Experience with international financial trading markets ie. Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong will be a plus
  • Knowledge of the Chinese language to communicate with our headquarters in Shanghai, China
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Able to work as a team member as well as independently
  • Skilled with financial statements and strong financial modelling skills
  • High commitment and ability to work under a fast-paced environment
