Position Overview:
The Director of IT sales and services will lead the strategy and execution of staffing solutions, driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction. He will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our IT staffing services. He will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for IT staff augmentation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and potential clients.
- Oversee recruitment processes to ensure high-quality talent acquisition.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through networking and attending industry events.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development and recruitment professionals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT staffing or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be fine with 24x7 support for critical requirements
