Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies across various customer segments, with an emphasis on over-the-counter (OTC) transactions. Gain a deep understanding of different exchange participants, their trading strategies, and the technology they use.
  • Lead the execution of customer acquisition strategies, including oversight of the full pipeline-scoping, pitching, onboarding, and negotiating terms.
  • Leverage the established technology platform and client network to secure new business, focusing on exchange and OTC opportunities.
  • Design pricing strategies tailored to each customer segment, with a focus on OTC transactions to drive overall exchange volume.
  • Collaborate closely with the OSL marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, events, and materials that boost exchange volumes, especially within OTC markets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the financial or cryptocurrency industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and the crypto exchange market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a strong history of meeting or exceeding business development goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Successful track record in growing and managing a client base.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and operational requirements within a regulated environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, driven, and aligned with values of teamwork, integrity, profitability, and innovation.
