Director, Global Payroll

Your Mission: As our Director, Global Payroll is based in Singapore reporting to the Senior Director Corporate Controller, your role will be pivotal managing and streamlining Maxeon's global payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and timely payments through strategic oversight and collaboration.

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

. Manage the global payroll function for Maxeon's operations across multiple regions, including the Americas, APAC and EMEA.

. Develop and implement a global payroll strategy, leading the Payroll Vendor Consolidation project for streamlined and automated operations.

. Lead payroll audits in 50+ countries to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and SOX standards for merit, bonus, and LTIP.

. Oversee pay-related escalations, monitor team and third-party performance, and drive process improvements, including automation and reporting.

. Collaborate with Global People Operations and third-party vendors to support end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate payments.

. Ensure compliance with Data Privacy, SOX, and other legislative requirements, and foster cross-training and knowledge sharing within the team.

. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting CPA license is a plus.

. At least 10 years of payroll experience, including 5 years in payroll management, with experience in using payroll systems and managing outsourced providers.

. Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and manage complex processes across multiple locations strong leadership and change management skills.
