Job Summary
- The candidate will support the WRB Asia Regulatory & Obsolescence Programme to improve delivery of initiatives in line with governance policy and standards. They are expected to perform various tasks related to programme management with the objective of increasing the predictability of initiative delivery, increasing visibility on status and maximising the benefits from investments.
- Key responsibilities include Programme reporting, supporting the Refinement Forum (Programme & Initiatives), governance, initiative health checks, support/enable/train market SPOCs, resources and benefits management.
Responsibilities
Strategy
- Support the Programme Refinement Forum in its governance of the various initiatives over their lifecycle.
Business
- Perform systematic reviews and health checks to ensure time, scope, resources, budget and cost are tracked and reported accurately and consistently across the programme.
Processes
- Track and communicate progress on programme and initiative activity in conjunction with Product Owners across the investment QPR and Hives.
- Provide the link between markets and Hives, supporting delivery of business requirements and accountabilities in close co-ordination with relevant Hives.
- Review submissions and ensure accuracy to recommend approval to the Refinement Forum members
People & Talent
- Bring market SPOCs up the curve of ECM policy, Change Delivery Standards, Ways of Working and relevant systems deployed for Change Delivery
Risk Management
- Manage Regulatory and Obsolescence backlogs of 9 ASA markets, including prioritize investment fund allocation, manage program financials, track progress of each initiative, ensure treatment plans are in place for delayed deliveries, escalate risk issues to the Refinement Forum and WRB QPR and ensure closure of issues.
Governance
- Responsible for accurate and timely circulation of RF decks and minutes.
- Ensure qualitative reporting - consolidated and delivered to the RF and QPR
- Ensure initiatives follow the process on Clarity & JIRA (ADO & Planview), submit high quality artefacts etc. Consistently report RAGs, timelines, and milestones to the RF and QPR

Our Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in Agile Methodology and Project Management
- Good understanding of Financial Data Management and Analytics
- Knowledge on Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Experience with Risk Management and internal control frameworks
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Education - Bachelors degree in business, economics or related field
- Training - Data analytics, project management, financial management
- Certifications - Pmp certifcations, pmi agile, prince2
- Languages - Business language
