3. Follow the company's charter and objectives, making sure their actions align withthese foundational documents.

4. Regularly reviewing the performance of both the board and the executive team toensure the company's objectives are being met.

5. Being prepared to handle crises effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to thecompany.

6. Reviewing and approving annual budgets, financial statements, and majorexpenditures.

7. Creating and implementing policies that guide the company's operations and governance.

8. Long-term strategic planning, ensuring the company's future growth andsustainability.

9. Ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and its own bylaws.

10. Stay updated on the latest technology trends, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to IT consultancy.

11. Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects, data security, and client confidentiality.
