Job Description

To perform company director duties in a precision engineering automation technology firm.

Detailed Responsibilities

- In charge the operation of a leading modern, high-tech company that focuses on the research, design and manufacture of the high-precision parts and equipment.

- Oversees more than 100 employees in various factories in Singapore, Malaysia and China.

- Familiar with ISO9001:2015 QMS Certification

- Experienced in products and customers from Medical / Healthcare, Photovoltaic, Automotive, Aviation, Semiconductor, Food, Environmental and other industries.

- To participate in activities of Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA), Singapore Manufacturing Federation(SMF) and The Industrial Cooperative Association of Jiangsu Province and the Cooperative Association in Science and Technology Enterprises

- To oversee the operation and control the P&L

Requirements

. At least a Master degree in business, engineering, or related field

. Proven experience in precision engineering, R&D

. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
