DIRECTOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general operations of the organisation in Batam, Indonesia.
• Responsible for developing the long-term growth strategy of the organization and executing business strategies within corporate guidelines.
• Set objectives and provide strategies to achieve organisational goals.
• Responsible for business and sales performance.
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement.
• Act as the negotiation liaison with the Japan headquarters.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in relevant discipline.
• At least 20 years of management experience.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding analytical skill and decision making.
• Proficient in Japanese language (reading, writing, speaking).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma/LEAN concept is an added advantage.
• Able to be assigned or stationed in Batam, Indonesia.
