Responsibilities:
- Perform marketing / origination / client relationship management activities for regulated new economy client segment (Fintech), including money services businesses
- Originate and on board new to bank clients in the respective client segments
- Champion bank wide initiatives / projects resulting in positive top line impact to the bank in relation to this segment of customers
- Manage and maintain KYC and respective Customer Due Diligence
- Act as first line of defence to all risk aspects to this segment of customers
- Own and manage relevant P/L relating to the segment of clients
- Manage strategy, account acquisition, etc.
- Foster strong working relationship and collaboration between internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing clients regulated under MAS's Payment Services Act, with good institutional relationships
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for internal & external communications and engagement
- Strong team player, with good relationship management, people engagement, written and communication skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented must have good understanding of payment and remittance businesses
