Design and execute the strategic marketing plan for our business that aligns with the overall business strategy, goals and objectives
Develop strategies and lead implementation for all marketing functions e.g., Product Marketing, Content, Campaign, Events, Digital, Operations.
Sales & supplier communication with our customers based in Singapore and Japan for negotiating to terms & contracts.
Maintain continual awareness of the industry, emerging trends and factors which influence the value of company's assets and opportunities for growth
Manage Business Risks
Manage compliance to risk management frameworks, policies and processes
Job Requirements:
Possess at least 10years of proven records in marketing of related fields of real estate and be familiar with the execution of marketing strategies and marketing activities.
Possess team management and leadership skills, able to stimulate team potential and achieve goals.
Proficient communication with customer interaction for quality exchanges with clients in Asian region, especially Japan.
Excellent leadership and organizing skills
10+ years of active role in directorship in company management including start-up experience
Business-established network highly desirable.
Articulate and discuss ideas and persuade others to achieve common outcomes.
Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment by fulfilling own responsibilities and providing support to co- workers to achieve team goals.
Build relationships with customers to create and sustain customer loyalty
