Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic direction for dental medicine products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals.
- Lead the product development team, driving the design, development, and launch of new products, and continually innovate products.
- Analyze market trends, understand competitor activities, and provide data support for product decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and support product sales goals.
- Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards, overseeing product quality control and compliance reviews.
- Lead and manage the product team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Communicate with customers and partners to collect feedback and improve products and services.
- Develop and manage the product department's budget, ensuring effective use of resources and cost control.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in dental medicine or a related field, with a preference for master's or doctoral degrees.
- At least 8 years of experience in dental medicine product management, including over 3 years of team leadership experience.
- Excellent strategic thinking and market analysis skills.
- Outstanding communication skills and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with the dental medicine product market and industry trends.
