Role Overview
The Director of Digital Transformation will lead our digital initiatives, focusing on integrating innovative digital capabilities and experiences across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement digital transformation strategies that align with business goals across all functional groups, leveraging machine learning and AI to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional senior leadership to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Drive the planning and execution of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, particularly in AI-driven data transformation.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and foster innovation through advanced analytics techniques.
- Assess and enhance the organization's digital capabilities landscape to maintain competitiveness in AI technologies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and digital capabilities, with a focus on data-driven solutions using machine learning and AI.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex digital transformation programs involving cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering business results through AI-driven initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into useful formats.
- Experience with design thinking, iterative development methodologies, and AI technologies such as NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs).
- Fluency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, and open source generative AI models.
