We value continuous improvement and are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead our productivity initiatives across multiple business units.
Your new role
As the Director of Operational Excellence, you will be at the forefront of our company's efforts to enhance operational efficiency and drive profitability. Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing productivity projects across group companies in Southeast Asia and India
- Partnering with stakeholders to achieve operating income improvements
- Leading and mentoring project teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Aligning regional productivity initiatives with overall business strategies
- Collaborating on digital transformation efforts to integrate innovative tools for productivity enhancement
- Analysing data to generate productivity reports and KPIs
- Promoting best practice sharing on a regional and global level
- Working closely with international teams, including our productivity team in Japan
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Business
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial gas production or related industries with leadership experience
- Strong background in Operations Excellence or Lean Implementation
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent training
- Proven project and program management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence people at all levels of the organisation
- Good grasp of financial concepts, including the ability to understand income statements and perform project payback calculations
- Experience in driving the digital transformation initiative
