Report: Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to:
The Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading and driving the Sales Team to achieve the set sales targets, meeting the property objectives of rates and yield. Managing the entire Sales and Marketing process and accountability.
- Oversee and be accountable for the full spectrum of Sales & Marketing and events sales management for the property.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objects for product and services
- Define and set up the multi-segment and multi-channel sales strategy, to meet budgeted revenue targets.
Foster strong relationship with key industry influencers and key strategic partners.- Manage total revenue management, ensuring optimal pricing strategies.
Provides ustomer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Conduct periodical research and elevate, adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market conditions.
Research on competitor's sales team strategies to indentify ways to grow occupancy and RevPar and to increase out market share.- Develop and oversee financial budgets and plans to achieve profitability goals.
Manages the marketing budgets to enable development of property marketing, promotions, and collateral to drive revenue and meeting property objectives.
- Lead service innovations initiatives to elevate guest experiences.
Track team perfomance and implement incentive programs to drive results.- Recruit, trains, development and mentoring, all direct staff under your care to achieve company goals and objectives.
Conduct daily sales briefing and weekly sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overal sales strategy.
- Prepare and submit monthly Sales & Marketing reports, updating on sales perfomance, activities, upcoming strategies, and new business leads.
Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Process a degree in hospitality, business or equivalent with minimum 5 years of proven experience or equivalent in hospitality industry (specificially in hotel corporate segment and serviced residence)- Excellent analytical,organisational and problem solving skills
Able to multitask and work cross-functionally with different business units.
- Strong leadership skills and able to navigate in a unstructured environment
A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: $5,- 00 - $7,000.00 per month
