Director of Technology Development

In this role, you will:

Strategic Planning and Execution: Responsible for the overall direction and success of the Product and Technology Development Department based on the company's strategy, Sequence and stack-rank priorities into near-, medium- and long-term for successful execution against the company's overall business plan

Product Management: Be responsible for the comprehensive operation and maintenance of B-end business product lines, including product requirement analysis, functional design, iterative optimization, and lifecycle management, ensuring stable and efficient product performance.

Design and Development of Stores Listing: Lead the team in designing store listing projects for existing B-end products in the Singapore market, including market research, competitor analysis, user experience design, technical architecture design, and development implementation, creating competitive product solutions.

Technology Innovation and R&D: Drive technology innovation and R&D efforts, seeking new technologies and methods to enhance product performance and user experience, maintaining the company's technological leadership in the B-end market.

Team Building : Build and manage an efficient product and technology team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team culture building, enhancing the overall capability and cohesion of the team.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure products meet market demands, improving customer satisfaction and market share.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in B-end product management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large product lines or complex R&D projects. Familiarity with the Singapore market is preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong technical foundation, familiar with software development processes, project management tools, and B-end product design principles. Understanding of cloud computing, big data, AI, and other cutting-edge technologies.

Leadership: Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to inspire team potential and lead the team to efficiently complete tasks.

Communication Skills: Outstanding interdepartmental communication and coordination abilities, able to clearly articulate product vision and effectively drive project progress.

Creatve Thinking: Keen market insight and a sense of innovation, able to continuously drive product and technological innovation and development.
