Director/Senior Manager - Construction Industry

Responsibilities:

• Lead the interior design team strategically to line with corporate objectives and customer needs.
• Acquire new clients and secure potential projects.
• Lead business development by identifying and developing new opportunities to grow the company's portfolio and market influence.
• Provide Interior Design project deliverables, including Concept Design and Construction Administration.
• Promote professional growth and skill development to team members by providing them with mentorship.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Designer or Architecture or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar field with design leadership, project management and client servicing.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the interior design industry.
• With decision making abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
