Due to tremendous demand within the region, we are looking to hire
Director / Senior Manager level candidates (depending on experience) in our Tax Practice, in Bangkok, Thailand. Our Tax Practice covers all aspects of tax advisory services in Asia, including M&A tax and legal due diligence, tax structuring, general tax advisory services, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, customs duty, government incentives, tax controversy, legal services etc. This position will lead and/or execute a diverse range of complex assignments as well as cross border transactions. The candidate will also work closely with our Transaction Advisory Group and Private Equity Performance Improvement Group to provide integrated due diligence to the world's largest and most high profile corporate, private equity and financial investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economic, commerce, law, or related are preferred.
- 10+ years of tax consulting experience Big 4 experience preferred.
- Possess strong leadership, execution, and coaching skills.
- Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver high quality client service.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
- Good writing, analytical, research and organizational skills.
- Candidates with the above experience who are fluent in business English, and in another language such as Thai, Japanese and Chinese are also welcome.
