What this job involves:
Delivering targets
Are you zealous about sustainability If yes, you can play a crucial role in meeting JLL's workplace net zero targets across our Asia Pacific offices. How will you do this You'll provide strategic direction for the Corporate Real Estate portfolio of around 75 offices leased by JLL to reach the global sustainability targets. This notably includes goals for energy-efficiency, LEED, WELL certifications, waste recycling and renewable energy. The role also encompasses implementation and evolution of Healthy & Inclusive standards, such as regarding internal air quality. In addition, you'll evolve and implement a plan focusing on engaging colleagues internationally, ensuring efficient processes for quality results.
Passion for sustainability
You should be a person of ideas who can innovate solutions and ensure their effective rollout. Continuous monitoring to ensure adherence to the sustainability, healthy & inclusive criteria across the entire real estate lifecycle of JLL as a corporate occupier requires high teamwork skills.
