We are seeking a talented and visionary Director/Writer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual composition, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and bring them to life on screen. You will be responsible for developing scripts, directing shoots, and overseeing the entire creative process to ensure the highest quality of production.
Scriptwriting: Develop original scripts and story concepts for a variety of projects, including corporate videos, event videos, social media content, and variety programs.- Directing: Oversee the entire production process from pre-production to post-production, directing shoots to ensure the creative vision is realized.
Collaboration: Work closely with producers, cinematographers, editors, and other crew members to bring the script to life.
- Creative Vision: Maintain a clear and consistent creative vision throughout the production process, ensuring all elements align with the project's goals and objectives.
Casting: Participate in the casting process to select the right talent for each project.- Storyboarding: Create detailed storyboards and shot lists to guide the production team.
Revisions: Make necessary script revisions and provide direction during the editing process to achieve the desired final product.
- Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our productions.
Education: A diploma or degree in Film Production, Screenwriting, Directing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director and/or Writer in film or video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting abilities.
