We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our riders team. This role ensures efficient coordination of deliveries, timely communication with riders and customers, and adherence to service quality standards. The ideal candidate displays good leadership skills, has a customer-centric approach, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the riders team including managing roste, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and assign delivery orders to riders ensuring deliveries are sent within time limit
- Monitor real-time delivery progress, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, resolving inquiries or problems quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer concerns and provide timely updates.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in logistics or managing deliveries is a plus.
- Proficient in computer applications and ability to create and manage simple tables in Microsoft Excel
- Able to speak in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
