Proven experience (at least 5 years) in distribution, order management, pipeline and inventory forecasting, or a related operational role working with ERP systems.
Exposure to handling pharma products is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and independent work attitude
Proficiency in ERPs, LIMS, Order Management System, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. (Proficiency in iScala is an advantage).
Diploma or similar in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field are appreciated but not a must.
Responsibilities:
Proactively communicate with distributors to gather accurate and timely sales forecasts and build strong relationships to ensure a collaborative and efficient order process.
Validate sales forecasts against historical data, market trends, and business objectives and prepare regular reports.
Handle planned and urgent/unplanned orders from distributors, ensuring prompt order processing and fulfilment.
Coordinate with internal departments, including production and logistics, to meet delivery deadlines for planned and urgent orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders, communications, and related documentation.
Identify opportunities for streamlining the forecast submission, validation, and order management processes.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing distributor inquiries, order status updates, and product-related questions.
Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Oversee and manage other logistics matters in the office, including shipping, receiving, and tracking inventory to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Act as a primary point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
