Job Description

Title: Division Manager (Foreign Recruitment)

People360 is a recruitment agency based in Singapore since 2014 and we are looking to expand our brand presence to other industries. At present, we specialize in hiring foreign healthcare talents for the healthcare industry in Singapore and we are looking to expand our foreign offering to other sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, logistics & hospitality.

We are looking for a Division Manager to join our team and believe in ethically helping foreign job seekers to gain employment in Singapore. You will lead and manage the recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates to clients, drive business growth and ensure excellent customer service.

Role Reporting: General Manager

At People360 we believe in teamwork and we provide support

  1. Dedicated work pass team who handles work pass, issuance & mom appointment scheduling.
  2. Admin Support in purchasing insurance and coordinating logistic arrangements
  3. In-house company drivers to assist with meet & greet of foreign workers at the airport, medical check-ups, workers onboarding
  4. Accounting Support

Client Management

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different industries
  2. Understand client needs and tailor foreign recruitment solutions for their company
  3. Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality candidates

Business Development

  1. Formulate and develop new client acquisition strategies to meet or exceed division sales target
  2. Identify new business opportunities that require foreign recruitment solutions
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with international recruitment supply partners

Team Management

  1. Responsible for the hiring, training, and mentoring of a team of recruitment consultants
  2. Performance management of the recruitment team
  3. Attending recruitment meetings with clients with consultants
  4. Ensuring consultants are meeting their quarterly sales targets
  5. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the recruitment process
  6. Manage job postings performance & budget

Metrics & Reporting

  1. Fully responsible for the P&L of the foreign recruitment division
  2. Track and analyze recruitment KPIs of the division
  3. Conduct weekly and monthly accountability meetings with recruitment consultants
  4. Reporting to management on division performance

Role Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in the foreign recruitment industry
  2. Possess a CEI Basic/KAH
  3. Have a proven sales track record meeting or exceeding sales targets
  4. Strong understanding of recruiting foreign workers into Singapore and well-versed with MOM regulations
  5. Good communication skills, leadership & management and results-oriented
