We are seeking an experienced Django Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Django architecture and design principles, along with solid experience in developing robust, scalable applications. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and deploying Django-based solutions while ensuring performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement web applications using Django framework.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and develop scalable applications.
- Work closely with the team to create efficient database designs and optimize queries for performance.
- Implement Django best practices, including design patterns and modular application development.
- Build and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless communication between different components of the application.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by reasoning logically and debugging efficiently.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to build robust applications.
- Document code, processes, and system designs, ensuring clarity for future reference and team understanding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Django development.
- Strong understanding of Django architectural design and concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and Django for databases, including ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).
- Experience with Django design patterns and best practices.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Excellent coding skills with attention to performance, scalability, and security.
- Strong reasoning and logical thinking abilities to solve complex problems.
- Ability to write clear, maintainable code with an emphasis on documentation.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of version control (e.g., Git).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
