Responsibilities:
. To provide clerical/administrative support for the project
. Prepare and process of documents and project records
. Track and manage document revisions, ensuring that only the most current versions are in use.
. Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents such as correspondences, drawings and reports are organized and maintained according to Project Filing Code
. Preparation & submission of project documents
. Maintain the control number for documents from receiving to issuance
. Maintain filling and register in / out correspondences
. Assist in office management (Housekeeping, maintenance of office equipment, stationers and staff welfare)
. Facilitate in organising site events if required
Requirements:
. Diploma or Bacherlor's Degree in Business Administration
. 1 to 3 years administrative experience
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
. IT skills - Microsoft Office Competency (Intermediate).
