Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by managing and maintaining updated documentation throughout work processes and project life cycles.
- Collaborate with engineering team members to understand their documentation requirements and update the document register database accordingly.
- Manage and organize original documentation based on tracking logs, ensuring proper storage, archiving, and safe-keeping according to operating policies.
- Handle the disposal and retention of documentation based on specific requirements and company policies, assisting with file migrations and audits as needed.
- Compile all necessary documentation for project handover to customers, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare product reports and statistical figures to track work progress, updating the computer dossier spreadsheet accordingly.
- Regularly compile, organize, and update records in the computer system to maintain accurate and readily accessible data.
- File and store records securely, ensuring proper maintenance and organization.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as required, contributing to overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience working on LTA projects will be an added advantage
